We couldn’t believe how great the place was for the price we got. The valet service was awesome-so kind and so helpful.

Gym and pool as well and breakfast. Would recommend red eye diner nearby. And the room almost has a kitchen, (no oven). Good breakfast, comfortable bed, convenient to have kitchen in room, exceptional location for access to bus to the airport.

Plenty of things in walking distance, and parking wasn't too bad either. LOCATION, especially for any events at spectrum stadium. Also, I enjoyed the valet parking in the private deck so I didn’t have to worry about my vehicle as much.

Requesting my vehicle through the link was super easy and convenient. Staff brought the car up very quickly. I was worried the hotel would be loud and rowdy with it being so close to spectrum center after a concert but it wasn’t at all. Seems like the staff have good control of the property as a whole. This hotel perfectly fit the bill for our short trip to Charlotte. Well located and easy to get anywhere in the city centre, clean and spacious room but the best part was the staff.
